    Through September 22nd. More than 100 fan bones, fan sectors and ancient Suzhou fans collected by Wang Jian on show at the Suzhou Museum. Fan making tools are also on display and there will be documents and videos about Suzhou fan culture and history available for viewing on site. Every Sunday afternoon during the exhibition period, there will also be a live demonstration showing the Suzhou fan making process from 14:00-16:00. 
     
    Wang Jian, Suzhou fan making master, was born in 1965. He is expert in Suzhou fan design and making. He has worked in the Suzhou fan design and production field for more than 30 years. He founded his own “Wang Jian Brand Suzhou Fan” in 1981. 
     
    The exhibition is open every Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00 (no admission after 16:00). Admission to the museum and to the exhibit is free of charge. Tel. 0512 6757 5666 (CN). Nanmu Hall, Mansion Of Prince Zhong, Suzhou Museum, 204 Dongbei Jie, Suzhou.

    截止至9月22日,苏州博物馆举办“苏艺天工大师系列——王健扇艺展”。此次展览不仅展出了王健制作的扇骨、扇面以及收藏的老扇子等百余件作品,还通过制扇工具、文字资料和视频等形式,诠释了苏扇文化和发展历史。展览期间,每周日下午还将进行苏扇技艺的现场演示。王健,1965年生人,苏扇制造大师。王健擅长传统的苏扇设计制作,从事制扇工艺30余年。他于1981年创立“王健扇艺”。开放时间:每周二至周日09:00-17:00。免费参观。详情致电: 0512 6757 5666。
